
You know sometimes you just don’t get the chance to go to the gym. Your schedule for the day just might not allow it, (or in my case, you wake up too late to go to the gym because you were binging on your favorite sitcoms as you do your nails the night before and stayed up way too late- therefore the next morning you look like this picture down below) π
– Anyway, don’t let that stop you from giving yourself at-least 15 minutes of a heart jump start.
Wheelie chairs can get you started. What I did today was do “crab walks” with the chair and worked on my hamstrings, then once I couldn’t take it anymore I did some squats, after that I did some assisted pushups. I did any little exercises where I didn’t sweat too much or where I made to much of a ruckus. I didn’t want to be distracting or be drenched with too much sweat either during my work day.
