Day 3 of gym πŸ’ͺ (mini motivator)

Don’t you just love saunas after a nice workout. Today I did 25 mins swim, 1 lap fast, one lap easy, and then you throw in different strokes. You want to get that heart pumping.

How did you do today? Remember if you didn’t work out today that’s ok, but get your clothes ready for the gym tonight, that way tomorrow you are one step more ready than yesterday, that is what we call a mini motivator. πŸ˜‰

Just because you didn’t workout today doesn’t mean you should give up for tomorrow. You are only a failure if you stop trying. Keep it up. It’s a process but be happy that you are on a process. You are so much ahead than yesterday by planning what you want to do tomorrow. For the others, if you did something towards your goal today, that is awesome πŸ‘πŸΌ. Be proud – and you slacker for today be proud that you are taking out your clothes for tomorrow. πŸ˜‰
