Stay Motivated at the gym for 6 days of the week for a whole month.

The dreaded gym, has there ever been a time that we have called out for more Motivation? Please join me on my journey to improve myself, starting with my new friend, the gym. My goal is to go for 6 days of the week for a whole month. Even if it’s just 15 mins a day. My brother, the “all American”, don’t we all have one in the family, who reminds me daily, I know what an angel, right, to just work up a sweat even if it’s just for 15 mins a day. Tonight after a long day of working, helping other people, I am proud to say that I am at the gym and I was on the elliptical for 10 mins and then I went in the sauna for 5 mins thrice. (“Miami is nice so I’ll say it thrice”). I am exhausted but I am also proud of myself, because even though it’s going to be a journey, it’s a journey none the less and a journey that will help me grow into a healthier person.
